A good skin regime is essential if you want your skin to glow with health. It doesn’t have to be complicated or long winded, it could be as simple as a cleanser and moisturiser. Just as long as you are taking the time to look after your complexion and the products are suited to your specific needs and concerns. Mix it up a bit as well, don’t always use the same products – the change in season is the perfect time to freshen up your routine.
Here’s a little peek at what I’m currently using at night –
Not all coconut oil was created equal. There are coconut oils and there is the rms coconut oil. This one is as pure as they come; virgin, raw and organic. I love to use it to remove my eye make-up, it melts on contact with skin and make-up just lifts away – even the smokiest eye. I then use a damp cotton pad to remove the oil and make-up. I’ve noticed my eyelashes have been in better shape since using this. You can use it as an all over cleanser too, and a moisturiser, lip balm, hair treatment……
I love using oils and balms on my face and this one is my new favourite. It’s a cleanser and then some, full of rich butters, nut oils and antioxidants, it hydrates and nourishes too. It also contains fine oat powder for a gentle exfoliation to smooth, brighten and add radiance. Exfoliation is key if you want dewy glowy skin, I always forget to do it so this is perfect for incorporating it into your routine. My skin definitely feels smoother since using this.
As the name suggests this is a lightweight gel, packed full of antioxidants. Lots of herbal extracts and cosmeceuticals to “lift and minimise pores, mop-up free radicals and reduce wrinkles” – err yes please!! It smells really fresh and is readily absorbed by the skin leaving no residue. I apply a couple of pumps followed by the serum and use the two together instead of a night cream.
As above but an oil consistency. Rose hip, carrot, lemon and orange are some of the key ingredients. When I use this my skin looks and feels more rested for sure.
This was March’s product of the month, need I say more ….
